There is only one word that best describes the Ducati 900 FE and that is classic. This is the last model to be manufactured by Ducati for its carburetor-based 900cc Supersport bike. Production of the SS line ran from 1992 to 1998 where the fuel-injected 900 Supersport appeared.
Since the Ducati 900 FE is the last of its line to be produced it now includes all the upgrades that were created throughout the 900 Supersport’s run. Ducati ensured that their 900SS Fe series remained in the halls of Supersports history, they only produced 800 units of their Final Edition where 500 units were sent to several countries and the rest were sold in the United States. All of the 800 units were given a number seen on their triple clamp.
